International orders under AUD $100 can be delivered for AUD $10.

*Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

Big, bulky or breakable item may take a little longer to arrive.

 

 

 

Click & Collect

 

Collect your online purchase at the selecting Lerroi store, free of charge.

Simply select your product online and we’ll let you know if your items are available for collection from your local store within 8 hours.

Due to high demand, items sent from our warehouse may take 3-10 business days to arrive in store.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when you order is ready for collection. In the unlikely event that we can’t complete your Click & Collect order, you’ll receive an email notifying you of the unavailable item/s and we’ll send a refund to your original payment method. If you have not collected your order after 14 days, we’ll need to void your items and issue you with a refund.

 Online Returns Policy - Change Of Mind

 

At Lerroi, we strive to provide excellent customer service, including accommodating change of mind returns for online orders. We are happy to offer change of mind refunds or store credit for most full price merchandise. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines:

This policy applies to all purchases made through lerroi.com

We cannot accept returns from third party stores or online stores stocking Lerroi. In the first instance, please contact the store you purchased the product from. If the third party is unable to rectify your issue, please contact info@lerroi.com.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

 

- The merchandise was purchased through lerroi.com

- Returns must be delivered to our warehouse or returned to an Lerroi boutique within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or store credit (see below for conditions to return).

- Proof of purchase must be provided along with the returned merchandise.

- The merchandise is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all tags attached.

- Shoes must be unworn and in their original packaging, as the shoebox is considered part of the product. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to  Lerroi without approval will be returned at the customer’s expense.

We monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused and cancelled.

 

Return By Shipping   

 

1. Check our return policy while our return policy is quite flexible, it is not unlimited. Before sending an item back, please be sure that it is eligible for a return. If you’re unsure, just ask!

2. Please send an email to info@lerroi.comBefore returning a product, please send us an email to let us know that it’s coming. In your email include the following information:

· Order ID

· Name of the product in the order

· Reason for return

· Specify if you’d like a Refund or Exchange

· For exchanges of stocked products: you can order an alternate product yourself or if you’d like us to send you a different color or size.

3. After confirming that the product meets the return conditions, we will provide you with a return shipping label via email.

4. Please pack the Tax Invoice and the products that need to be returned/exchanged and mail them to our address in Melbourne.

The product can typically be repackaged in the same pakage that it was delivered in, but be sure to apply your return shipping label on top of the original postage information to avoid confusion with the courier. 

 

FULL PRICE ITEMS

 

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit.  If the original payment method was a gift voucher or store credit, a new voucher will be issued.

 

TEMPORARY PROMOTION

 

Full price items included in a temporary promotion are eligible to be returned for a store credit. Discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over to the refund.

 

FINAL SALE

 

Items marked as FINAL SALE are priced to clear, and are not eligible to be returned unless the product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose or is different from its description as required by Australian Consumer Law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.

 

Please note, sale markdowns cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.

 

If you have any concerns in regards to an order or have received a faulty item, please email info@lerroi.com with your order details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

FAULTY RETURNS

 

All of our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

In the unfortunate event of a fault or defect, please email us at info@lerroi.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, with images and a description of the fault.
